What information do you need to give us a quote?

The information we need from you to get a quote depends on the product. Generally speaking, we would like to know the input/output of the product as well as the dimensions.

How long will it take to get a quote?

You can expect a quote from us within 2 days.

What's the normal lead-time for samples?

The normal lead-time for samples is 6-7 days.

I'm having issues with my order. Who do I talk to?

Please talk to the sales department at sales@keenocean.com.hk. They will also be able to answer general enquiries and redirect you to another department, if necessary.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

We usually ship by boat so it will take about one month or so. Please order in advance so we have enough time.

We have the relevant quality controls intact to ensure that these standards are met prior to production and are closely inspected for the end product assurance.
